Yes — you bring the Twilio Account SID and Auth Token. SoftPhonez auto-configures everything else (API Key, TwiML App, Voice Push Credential) inside your Twilio account on first sign-in. You stay in full control: your number, your billing direct with Twilio, your data.

Yes — Twilio bills you directly for actual traffic (per-message, per-minute) at their published rates. SoftPhonez charges only for the app subscription. No reseller markup on carrier charges — you pay Twilio what Twilio costs.

Yes. SoftPhonez uses Android's native ConnectionService with full-screen intent notifications, so incoming calls appear on the lock screen with vibration and ringer — even when the app is killed. The experience is identical to your carrier's phone app.

Yes. Upload a CSV with phone numbers (and optional first names), write your message with first-name tokens, hit send. Delivery status streams in per recipient. Make sure your Twilio A2P 10DLC campaign is registered — we can help set that up.

Call-recording laws vary. Many U.S. states (CA, FL, IL, PA, WA) and several countries require both parties to consent before recording. Use the custom greeting feature to announce "this call may be recorded" before the call connects — that satisfies two-party-consent rules in most jurisdictions. All traffic uses HTTPS. Your Twilio credentials are stored encrypted at rest with AES-256. We never sell data and don't share it with third parties beyond Twilio (the carrier of record) and Firebase (push delivery). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
